Where will the physics department be during the rebuild?

• Most of the offices and teaching labs currently housed in DeMeritt Hall will be on the third floor of Nesmith (the building directly across the street from the Whittemore Center). 
• The physics library and a few other offices will be on the ground floor of Nesmith. 
• Some of the research labs will be in Hewitt Annex (where the computer store is located), the medical imaging research will be at 1 Leavitt Lane. 
• All of our large classes will be in James 303. 
• The Space Science Center faculty, students and staff remain in Morse Hall both during and after renovation. 
• The neutron monitor (housed under that bubble on the southeast corner) has already permanently moved to a new location between the cow barns, Route 4, and the Child Study and Development Center; coincidentally, right next to the DeMeritt family cemetery.
